Howard J. E. Gould

(Diploma) in Surveying

Senior, Manager

Hello and Welcome

I worked for a firm of Chartered Surveyors for some 15 years. During that time, I gained a Diploma in Surveying (Practice) and had extensive experience as an Assistant Surveyor with residential, commercial, and institutional properties. I was involved with Property Management and building projects for which the production of drawings on AutoCAD was an essential part. I worked for commercial and private clients including several Charities, a large independent school, and small property companies.

Due to a few health issues, I left the firm then later in November 2019, I started planning to set up my business HJEG CAD Services offering freelance CAD Services, making use of my extensive since 2003 of experience. The company was launched on the 6th January 2020 trading under HG CAD SERVICES.

Since 2020 the firm has built up a great relationship with our clients and now our firm is well recommendable.

To increase our clients a lot more, the company made plans during Autumn & Winter to change our present trading name to HG Architectural Design, This was launched on 31 March 2024 (Easter Day)

As plans were carried out for the new trading name the Government brought into law the Building Regulations Act 2023 from 1 October 2023. However, because of the new changes in the legislation to the Regulations, we cannot carry out Building Regulations due to the cover of our insurance.

We act directly for/with private clients and for Surveyors, Architects, Property Management firms, Estate Agents, Building Contractors, Landscapers, County Councils, Schools, and Consultants, including clients using commercial properties. we can operate under their direction remotely or in their offices as requested.

We carry out Surveys and Designing New Builds, New Extensions, and existing Build that need Alterations, and Land Transfers for Private Clients, Property Management Companies, Landlords, Surveyors, Architects, Estate Agents, Planners and contractors, and landscape ideas drawn together in London, the South and West and the South East of England
